An eleven year old child named Brad constantly gets into trouble. Aptly nicknamed “Brad the Brat”, his misadventures unfold with his imagination, along with his pal Puffy, a baby dragon plush toy. The destruction begins once Brad’s nemesis shows up – Scarie Bearie, another plush toy in Brad’s possessions.
